Abstract: The fiercer cpmpetition and the customer first conviction and social obligation call for even higher requirements for the power supply quality of communications web. In the past 10 years, the usability and effectiveness of integrated power environment surveillance management system as one of the ways to assure power web has not been improved practically. After five years market survey and three years research, Emerson launched a new generation Siteweb system, which solves successfully the problems existing in the traditional surveillance system itself and customer application, and sets an example for the industry. Many technologies of the system are higher than those required by the industry standards, thus making it a sharp tool for solving problems of power assurance and traditional monitoring system.
