靜電放電保護(hù)和片式壓敏電阻器

摘要:靜電是由于處在不同帶電序列位置的物體之間接觸分離,使物體上的正負(fù)電荷失去平衡而發(fā)生的現(xiàn)象。隨著電子設(shè)備功能的增加,輸入∕輸出連接器也隨之增多,這為靜電放電(ESD)提供了進(jìn)入電路的路徑。因此,有必要采用靜電放電保護(hù)元件,在靜電放電進(jìn)入電路板之前有效抑制靜電放電事件的發(fā)生。本文詳細(xì)分析了靜電的產(chǎn)生及其危害,以及對(duì)靜電產(chǎn)生的控制和對(duì)靜電放電采取的防護(hù)措施。

Abstract:Static is a kind of phenomenon resulting from the loss of balance between positive charge and negative charge over differentobjects, because different objects under different electrification positions have contacts and then are separated. With the increase offunctions of different electronic equipment, the input/output connectors increase accordingly, which provides path for the ESP to enterdifferent circuits. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the method of static discharge to protect components and discharge static before itenters circuits. The paper elaborates how static comes into being and what kinds of consequences it may result in. The author also findsways to control static and protect components from static discharge.
