基于移相全橋的同步整流DC/DC變換器設(shè)計(jì)

摘要:本文詳細(xì)分析了基于移相全橋的同步整流DC/DC變換器工作原理,結(jié)合軟開關(guān)的實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)其中主要元器件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和選型,采用Matlab建模對(duì)變換器仿真研究,最后通過(guò)采用TMS320F28335芯片對(duì)變換器驅(qū)動(dòng)信號(hào)和控制程序進(jìn)行了軟件設(shè)計(jì)。樣機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了軟開關(guān)和同步整流,減少了變換器的開關(guān)損耗和開通損耗,符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Abstract:This paper describes the synchronous rectification DC / DC converter works based on phase-shift full-bridge. Combining with the realization of soft-switching, the main components are designed and selected. We do simulation research on converter via Matlab modeling. Finally, we realize software design of inverter drive signal and control program by using TMS320F28335 chip. The simulation results show that soft switch and synchronous rectification are successfully realized, the switching loss and opening loss of the converter are reduced. The experiment meets the design requirements.
