三相交流模塊在500A調(diào)壓式恒流源中的應(yīng)用

摘要：　　研制的大功率大電流恒流源，其負(fù)載0.05～0.1Ω為感性或電阻性，電流200～500A，連續(xù)可調(diào)，三相交流供電在±10%內(nèi)變化。對(duì)穩(wěn)定度、準(zhǔn)確度、重復(fù)性、紋波等技術(shù)指標(biāo)有較高要求，本方案采用線性串聯(lián)調(diào)整式技術(shù)途徑，負(fù)載、電流、電網(wǎng)大范圍變化均由調(diào)整管調(diào)節(jié)，采用三相交流模塊，通過(guò)改變晶閘管的導(dǎo)通角，調(diào)節(jié)三相交流變壓器的輸入電壓，從而控制恒流源的直流供電電壓，使調(diào)整管的管壓降在5～10V范圍內(nèi)，成倍減少調(diào)整管數(shù)量，簡(jiǎn)化散熱措施，優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)布局。提高技術(shù)指標(biāo)性能，增加可靠性。 敘詞：交流模塊、恒流源、串聯(lián)調(diào)壓式 Abstract：The application of three phase AC module in 500A voltage-adjusting constant current ource is introduced in this paper.With such scheme,the DC output voltage of constant current source,the conduction angle of thyristor and the input voltage of three phase AC trans-former could be controlled effectively.finally,the performance and reliability improvement of high power high current contant current source should be attributed to the remarkable reduction of adjuting thyristor,the simplification of heat radiation measure and the optimization of layout Keyword：AC module constant current source series voltage-adjusting type
