摘要:基于級(jí)聯(lián)技術(shù)的新型航空靜止變流器的效率主要取決于其直流變換環(huán)節(jié)。針對(duì)低壓大電流應(yīng)用,推挽正激變換器具有防止開(kāi)關(guān)管的電壓尖峰和抑制變壓器偏磁等特點(diǎn)。本文詳細(xì)分析了推挽正激變換器的工作原理,對(duì)比研究了該變換器的三種次級(jí)整流結(jié)構(gòu),比較了各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,采用全波整流的推挽正激變換器效率可以達(dá)到89%以上,為新型航空靜止變流器效率超過(guò)85%奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract:The efficiency of a novel aircraft static inverter based on cascaded inverter is mainly rested with its DC link. The push-pull forward converter has the advantages of preventing the high voltage spike of the switches and restraining magnetism deflection of the transformer in low-voltage high-current situation. In this paper, the principle of push-pull forward converter is analyzed in detail, three secondary-side rectifier topologies are studies contrastively and the advantages and disadvantages are compared. Finally, experimental results show that the efficiency of push-pull forward converter with full-wave rectifier is over 89%, which establishes the foundation of the novel aircraft static inverter’s efficiency exceeding 85%.
