單周期控制直流變換器型高頻環(huán)節(jié)逆變器

摘要：本文分析研究了單周期控制單/雙向直流變換器高頻環(huán)節(jié)逆變器電路拓?fù)洹⒖刂撇呗浴⒎�(wěn)態(tài)原理與關(guān)鍵電路參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)。直流變換器型高頻環(huán)節(jié)逆變器由直流變換器與極性反轉(zhuǎn)逆變橋級(jí)聯(lián)而成，具有電路結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)潔、前級(jí)工作在SPWM、后級(jí)工作在工頻方波逆變、逆變橋功率開關(guān)電壓應(yīng)力低且實(shí)現(xiàn)ZVS、抗輸入電壓擾動(dòng)能力等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。仿真結(jié)果證實(shí)了這類逆變器理論分析的正確性。 敘詞：逆變器 高頻環(huán)節(jié) 單周期控制 直流變換器型 Abstract：Analyzing and researching the topology of circuit,the strategy of control,the theory of steady state and the design of key parameters of high-frequency link inverter based on one-cycle control belonging to the type of single/bidirectional direct current convertor.High-frequency link inverter belonging to the type of direct current convertor is made up of direct current convertor and polarity reversal inverter bridge.It has many advantages,such as concision of circuit structure,the former grade working at SPWM mode,the later grade working at working frequency quadrate wave inverter,low voltage stress of inverter bridge's power switch and achieving ZVS,high ability of resisting input voltage disturbing,and so on,The simulation result demonstrates the correctness of this type of inverter.
