摘要:雙正激變換器廣泛應用于中、大功率場合,為了提高變換器的功率密度和效率,必須提高開關頻率并減少開關損耗,這就要求開關管工作在軟開關方式。本文系統的分析了雙正激變換器軟開關拓撲的主要工作原理、優缺點和應用場合,并選取一種新型的雙正激軟開關組合變換器拓撲作為高壓直流輸入航空靜止變流器的DC/DC級拓撲,成功研制了一臺4KW的原理樣機,并給出了實驗結果。

Abstract:The dual-switch forward converter is widely adopted in medium to high power applications. To achieve high power density and high efficiency, switching frequency must be greatly increased, and meanwhile, switching losses must be reduced. As a result, soft-switching techniques must be adopted. This paper presents a detailed review of these techniques. The main operation principles、merits、limitations and applications of these soft-switching topologies are analyzed. Based on the analysis and evaluation, a novel dual-switch forward combined converter is taken as the DC/DC converter for high voltage dc input Aeronautic Static Inverter. A 4KW prototype is successfully developed, and the experimental results are also included in this paper.
