摘要：針對大功率電源功率模塊對散熱器可靠散熱的要求，提出了一種大斷面鑲齒散熱器及焊接技術(shù)。這種散熱器能有效散發(fā)功率模塊所產(chǎn)生的熱量，并已成功應(yīng)用于大功率電源熱設(shè)計中。 敘詞：散熱器、鑲齒、焊接 Abstract：This paper presents a technology of the plate aluminum welded and the slice of aluminum inlayed in radiator used in a large power supply to meet the request of the power module cooled .The radiator can efficaciously emanate the heat of the power module bringing out.
