摘要：本文闡述了電除塵器（ESP）數(shù)字化高頻開關(guān)電源的顯著特點，提出了零火花率和以計算機為核心的系統(tǒng)多功能綜合控制器等新思想，經(jīng)過最佳設(shè)計后，極有助于節(jié)能減排，新的電除塵器相對使用常規(guī)工頻可控硅整流電源T/R的電除塵器，可節(jié)省電能40%～90%或者可減少粉塵排放40%～90%。 敘詞：電除塵器（ESP） 開關(guān)集成整流電源（SIR） 可控硅整流電源（T/R） 節(jié)能減排 零火花率 Abstract：The paper focuses on the notable features of ESP digital high-frequency switch power,and launches some new ideas such as the systematic multi-functional integrated controller with zero sparkle and using computer. It is designed to meet the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction. The new ESP can save 40%-90% less power and reduce 40%90% emission compared with the traditional industrial frequency selicon-controled rectifier T/R ESP.
