蓄電池在線內(nèi)阻在直流電源系統(tǒng)中的監(jiān)測技術(shù)及運(yùn)用

摘要:通過分析直流電源系統(tǒng)中VRLA蓄電池運(yùn)行狀況和電池失效的常見現(xiàn)象,研究了蓄電池在線監(jiān)測管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)解決的關(guān)鍵問題,主要包括:①監(jiān)測管理系統(tǒng)的合理結(jié)構(gòu);②電池組及電池單體的電壓、電流巡檢與數(shù)據(jù)分析;③電池單體的內(nèi)阻測量;④電池運(yùn)行事件記錄;⑤遠(yuǎn)程管理。文中結(jié)合BM-6500電池管理系統(tǒng)在直流電源系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了相關(guān)論述,本系統(tǒng)提高了直流電源運(yùn)行的可靠性。

Abstract:Basing on analyze to the run state and the phenomenon of runaway of VRLA battery used in DC power systems, the key technologies of the on-line battery internal resistance monitoring system have been studied. They are the reasonable structure; monitoring batteries and analyzing the data; internal resistance testing and alarming; running accident recording; remote management. Combining with the experience from developing the BM-6500 series of battery management systems, the related problems have been discussed in this paper. this system can promote the reliability of DC power sources which service in DCpower systems.
