LLC型串并聯(lián)諧振變換器的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

摘要：LLC型串并聯(lián)諧振變換器具有較高的轉(zhuǎn)換效率，根據(jù)電路直流增益特性、諧振部分阻抗特性及軟開關(guān)實現(xiàn)條件，分析推導(dǎo)了主要參數(shù)設(shè)計方法。最后，結(jié)合ST公司推出的L6599集成芯片的特點給出外圍控制電路設(shè)計，設(shè)計完成樣機，測試結(jié)果和實驗數(shù)據(jù)證明了設(shè)計的可行性。 敘詞：零電壓開關(guān) 串并聯(lián)諧振 L6599 Abstract：LLC Series-parallel resonant converter operates more efficiently. In this paper, some main design considerations have been improved, according to the DC voltage gain, the input impedance magnitude of the resonant tank, and the qualification of achieving zero-voltage-switching or zero-current-switching. Finally, a half-bridge LLC resonant converter prototype was built up based on L6599, completing pin settings. And the experimental results verified the design.
