基于TOP249的切割電源引弧電路研究

摘要： TOP249是一種新型的單片開關器件，具有控制簡便，電磁兼容性好等諸多優點。文中介紹了一種基于TOP249的切割電源高頻引弧電路，給出了具體的設計方案，并在參數選擇、影響引弧質量的因素等方面給出了一定的參考。

Abstract： TOP249 is a new type of single chip switching power with many virtues such as easily controllable and good EMC. A high frequency arcing circuit used in incising power based on TOP249 is introduced in this paper. The design scheme, the circuit parameters and the factors influencing the arcing are given and analyzed in this paper.
