主電路模塊化設(shè)計在大功率電源中的應(yīng)用

摘要：在大功率電源產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中，主電路的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計至關(guān)重要。本文提出了一種用于三相獨立疊層母線電源的主電路模塊化設(shè)計的思路。每相獨立成為一個單元，有獨立的散熱器和風(fēng)道，便于功率模塊的散熱，滿足熱設(shè)計的要求，便于產(chǎn)品的安裝及維護。 敘詞：三相獨立 疊層母線 獨立風(fēng)道 模塊化 Abstract：The mechanism design of power electrocircuit is very important in a high power supply.　This paper present a modularization design of power electocircuit used in three- phase terrace generatrixs power supply. Single-phase module is an unattached unit which has radiator and wind channel. The construct can efficaciously emanate the heat of the power module bring out, meet the request of the thermal design and be favourable in assembly and maintenance.
